Managing IT tickets (incidents, service requests, changes, etc.)
Provide technical support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Monitor network performance
Monitor server performance
Monitor security events

Has good communication skills
Can report onsite daily (BGC and Ortigas)
Willing to manage IT assets (delivery, retrieval, deployment, etc., going up and down the building)
Punctual
Willing to start ASAP
