We are seeking a talented and dynamic Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and effective learning experiences for our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Craft scripts for video and audio content as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts to formulate course content.
  • Analyze, enhance, and refine existing online materials.
  • Stay abreast of the latest best practices in instructional design.
  • Uphold quality control on company projects throughout the development process to meet expected standards.
  • Act as a primary contact for teams assigned to the same project, ensuring cohesive and timely actions.
  • Adjust schedules, timelines, and targets on any given project as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and/or adult learning.
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience using various multimedia or eLearning software such as Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Proficient in working from storyboards and/or learning design plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing learning curricula for technology, call centers, and/or customer service/sales.
