Inbound Dutch Support Representative

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers in Flemish (Dutch dialect spoken in Belgium).
  • Effectively address inquiries and requests: Actively listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and offer solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Resolve issues and complaints: Work collaboratively with customers to find solutions and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Deliver accurate information: Provide clear and concise answers to customer inquiries regarding products or services.
  • Maintain data accuracy: Utilize CRM systems to accurately record customer interactions and data.
  • Perform administrative tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound customer service or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Flemish (Dutch dialect spoken in Belgium) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Customer-centric and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
