Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers in Flemish (Dutch dialect spoken in Belgium).
- Effectively address inquiries and requests: Actively listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and offer solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Resolve issues and complaints: Work collaboratively with customers to find solutions and ensure their satisfaction.
- Deliver accurate information: Provide clear and concise answers to customer inquiries regarding products or services.
- Maintain data accuracy: Utilize CRM systems to accurately record customer interactions and data.
- Perform administrative tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed.
Your Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound customer service or a similar role.
- Fluency in Flemish (Dutch dialect spoken in Belgium) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer-centric and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
