Summary:
The Implementation Analyst & Trainer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of the organization by new agencies. The Implementation Analyst & Trainer will collaborate closely with the implementation specialists and agency representatives to help support, onboard, and deliver comprehensive training programs that will equip our agencies with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively utilize the internal system.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions that address the specific needs of our agencies.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new agencies.
- Collaborate with our Software Platform Educator to collect feedback from agencies to identify areas for improvement to enhance the training experience.
- Stay up to date on software updates to provide accurate and relevant training.
- Maintain documentation on the status of training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional training delivery skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and engage learners of varying backgrounds.
- Strong customer service skills. Commitment to providing outstanding customer support and assistance to clients.
- Proven ability to build relationships. Ability to foster positive and productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Advance skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Zendesk Support, and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
