HR Specialist, Support & Data Analytics (Generalist) | Hybrid

About the role: 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides information, guidance and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers.
  • Provide personnel administration support in the areas of – onboarding/off-boarding administration, domestic transfer and cross boarder transfer administration, employees document management, verification letter, contract management, leave management, benefits administration and employee queries.
  • Provide support and advice to Business HRs.
  • Provide answers to all enquiries in a timely and effective manner

Position requirements: 

  • Experience in government statutory benefits administration
  • Experience in over all employee HMO management and processing
  • Facilitation of employee Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Exposure in e2e employee admin services
  • Maintained employee records – HRIS
  • Exposure in creating and maintaining basic employee documents – contracts, JO, NTE, movements etc
  • Experience in HR reporting and analytics
  • Smart, sharp, efficient, independent
  • Professional business communication skills
  • Work in Mid to Large scale organization
  • Global experience a plus
