About the role:
Responsibilities:
- Provides information, guidance and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers.
- Provide personnel administration support in the areas of – onboarding/off-boarding administration, domestic transfer and cross boarder transfer administration, employees document management, verification letter, contract management, leave management, benefits administration and employee queries.
- Provide support and advice to Business HRs.
- Provide answers to all enquiries in a timely and effective manner
Position requirements:
- Experience in government statutory benefits administration
- Experience in over all employee HMO management and processing
- Facilitation of employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Exposure in e2e employee admin services
- Maintained employee records – HRIS
- Exposure in creating and maintaining basic employee documents – contracts, JO, NTE, movements etc
- Experience in HR reporting and analytics
- Smart, sharp, efficient, independent
- Professional business communication skills
- Work in Mid to Large scale organization
- Global experience a plus
