Growth Marketer – Lead Generation

About the Role:

As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel growth marketing strategies while managing the sales and marketing tech stack to optimize lead list selection and enrichment, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and automation, ensuring our outreach and engagement processes are efficient, data-driven, and continuously improving. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy marketeer who thrives in a data-driven environment, continuously optimizes campaigns, and enhances our sales and marketing operations through automation and analytics.

Key accountabilities: Growth Marketing, Lead Selection & Lead Generation

• Lead selection via RPA, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantom busters, Lusha and other lead sources.

• Contact data enrichment via Lusha and other sources

• Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email outreach, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads, webinars, events).

• Manage and optimize SEO, SEA, and SEM strategies to drive inbound leads.

• Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers, to support brand positioning and lead nurturing.

• Implement and refine lead scoring models to improve sales efficiency.

• Manage automated lead nurturing sequences to guide prospects through the funnel. Sales & Marketing Tech Stack Management

• Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless lead tracking, scoring, and reporting.

• Manage Lemlist for automated email outreach and LinkedIn campaigns.

• Oversee Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Outreach strategies for outbound prospecting.

• Automate workflows and integrations via Zapier to improve efficiency.

• Manage lead scraping, selection via lead selection and enrichment tools.

• Utilize Google Analytics and reporting tools to track campaign and sales performance.

• Ensure seamless integration and automation across all platforms to optimize workflows and lead management.

• Continuously test, evaluate, and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance sales and marketing processes.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track and benchmark inbound and outbound lead performance per channel (email, LinkedIn, paidads, organic).

• Analyze conversion rates across the sales funnel, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine sales and marketing strategies.

• Align closely with regional sales teams to support their prospecting efforts with data-driven insights.

Collaboration & Process Optimization

• Develop and optimize automated lead qualification and scoring systems to improve efficiency.

• Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and synchronization across platforms.

• Build real-time dashboards and reports to provide visibility into marketing and sales performance.

• Work closely with local sales teams to ensure campaigns align with regional sales strategies.

• Train and support teams in utilizing the tech stack effectively.

• Standardize lead allocation processes based on product-market fit and regional priorities.

• Provide regular updates and reports to Finance leadership on key performance indicators, risks, and opportunities.

• Ensure proper documentation and controls for audits, approvals, and authorizations in both verticals.

• Analyse operational data, KPIs, and financial metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Essential skills:

• 3- 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B or outsourcing.

• Hands-on and proven experience managing HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, and Google Analytics.

• Strong background in SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and automation workflows.

• Proven ability to track and optimize sales and marketing performance metrics.

• Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization.

• Proficiency in CRM and automation tools for sales and marketing.

• Strong project management skills to coordinate multi-channel campaigns.

• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and align efforts for maximum impact.

• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies
