About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative Agile team. In this
role, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications, working within a Scrum
environment to deliver features that enhance user experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Back-End Development: Work primarily with Laravel to design, implement, and maintain backend systems, including APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
- Front-End Development: Develop highly responsive user interfaces using React.js. Create
reusable UI components and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end
systems. - Collaborative Development: Collaborate with team members to improve and optimize the
existing codebase. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pair programming to
ensure high-quality development standards. - Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze application performance and implement
strategies to enhance speed, efficiency, and scalability. - Documentation: Maintain clear, concise documentation of code changes, feature updates, and
development processes to ensure transparency and ease of collaboration across teams. - Issue Tracking & Communication: Utilize Jira for transparent communication, bug tracking, and
project management. Proactively raise issues and discuss solutions to keep development moving
forward. - Innovation & Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the overall
development process, system architecture, and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Hands-on experience in React.js and Laravel.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and PHP, with a solid understanding of web technologies and
frameworks. - Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with modern front-end development workflows (e.g., using tools like Webpack,
Babel, etc.). - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and using Jira for issue tracking and project
management. - Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (MySQL or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a
collaborative team. - Strong communication skills with a focus on transparency, feedback, and continuous
improvement. - Willing to work onsite in Bangalore
