We are looking for a driven and technically-minded Customer Support Agent to join a leading operator of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for users of our charging infrastructure and play a crucial role in providing direct assistance for operational inquiries, technical issues, and claim handling.
You’ll be working in a customer-focused and dynamic environment, where your contribution ensures a smooth and positive experience for EV drivers across Belgium.
What You’ll Do
– Respond to incoming calls and emails from users of our charging stations.
– Provide clear, step-by-step operational instructions on using the charging infrastructure.
– Assist with technical or functional issues (e.g. failed charging sessions, unrecognized cards, on-screen error messages).
– Log and follow up on incident reports and damage claims.
– Handle customer concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
– Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
What We’re Looking For
– Fluent in both Flemish and French, spoken and written.
– Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
– Demonstrated interest or experience with technology, ideally in the field of electric vehicles or charging solutions.
– Prior experience in a customer service role (via phone and email).
– Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or stressful situations.
– Able to work independently with accuracy and a structured approach.
– Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk is a plus.
