Dutch Outbound Support Representative

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to customers via phone and email to present our products and services in Dutch.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate the benefits of our offerings and address customer inquiries in Dutch.
  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to further discuss customer needs and finalize sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team and company sales targets.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in outbound customer service or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with individuals.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings in Dutch.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to achieve goals independently.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
