Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to customers via phone and email to present our products and services in Dutch.
- Clearly and concisely communicate the benefits of our offerings and address customer inquiries in Dutch.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to further discuss customer needs and finalize sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system.
- Contribute to the achievement of team and company sales targets.
Your Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in outbound customer service or a similar role.
- Fluency in Dutch is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with individuals.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings in Dutch.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to achieve goals independently.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
