We are seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team, working for one of the leading telecom providers in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments for the client’s sales team, targeting small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in a B2B environment. This is a full-time position (8 hours per day, 5 days per week) under a stable, long-term contract.
You will work under clearly defined SLAs and KPIs to ensure the success of the outbound calling campaigns. High-quality lead lists are provided to support your efforts. You will also record client feedback in the CRM, share daily call recordings, and deliver results under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments for the client’s sales team.
- Engage with SMEs in a professional manner to discuss telecom solutions.
- Record accurate and detailed client feedback in the CRM system.
- Share daily call recordings for performance tracking and quality assurance.
- Consistently meet or exceed SLAs and KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the team lead and operations manager for guidance and support.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in appointment setting for the telecom industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver results while working under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills for accurate reporting and CRM management.
- Fluency in Dutch, with English proficiency as a plus.
