We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our expanding team in Tangier, Morocco!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service: Handle inbound calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers.
- Address inquiries and requests effectively: Listen attentively to customer concerns, understand their needs, and provide solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Resolve issues and complaints: Collaborate with customers to find solutions and ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide clear and accurate information: Respond to customer questions regarding products or services with clarity and precision.
- Maintain data accuracy: Use CRM systems to log customer interactions and update relevant data.
- Support administrative tasks: Assist with various administrative duties as required.
What we’re looking for:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound customer service or a similar role.
- Fluency in Dutch is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Customer-focused and service-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive with a strong desire to learn.
