Eastvantage is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition, to lead its recruitment efforts across multiple office locations, including the Philippines, India, Bulgaria, Morocco, Vietnam, Belgium, and the US. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition across domains, including software development roles, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
As the Recruitment Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, designing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment processes across all our locations. You will also be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy of Eastvantage.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing a global talent acquisition approach for Eastvantage.
- Executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across different locations.
- Managing a team of recruiters across all locations, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, and other recruitment sources.
- Monitoring and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes and strategies.
- Providing appropriate guidance on marketing initiatives to attract the right talent pool.
- Developing and maintaining strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.
- Managing the recruitment budget effectively.
- Staying up-to-date with recruitment best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience leading a recruitment team.
- Experience in managing recruitment across different locations.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of the different industries and their recruiting patterns/trends especially software development industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global organization and managing remote teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet established deadlines
