Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong digital marketing expertise. In this role, you will plan and execute campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and other channels. You will also conduct market research to uncover insights, track competitor activities, and inform strategy. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in HubSpot or other marketing platforms. Prior marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns using SEO, PPC, social media, and email
• Prepare regular reports for managers and stakeholders on campaign performance
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
• Oversee social media schedules and content, ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborate on campaign planning with internal teams and external contractors
• Coordinate project timelines and tasks to meet deadlines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign documentation in HubSpot
• Identify areas for improvement and propose ideas for testing and refining strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or comparable experience)
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC platforms, and social media management
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Comfortable analyzing campaign data and presenting insights
• Prior digital marketing experience is a plus
• Excel, Hubspot, Asana, Linkedin, Google Search Console & Google Analytics, SEMRUSH
