We are looking for a freelance copywriter to work collaboratively with the marketing team to write engaging, on-brand copy for various digital channels, such as website pages, emails, articles, white papers, social media posts, banner ads and more.
The ideal candidate has experience writing original digital content for B2B companies in the Financial Services, SaaS or IT sector, and is comfortable writing short to medium form content for a global audience.
Job responsibilities:
● Translate content briefs into clear and concise messaging that can be easily understood
● Research industry topics to use in copy
● Collaborate with Senior Copywriter, Designer, Project Manager and/or Marketing Managers
● Proofread and QA content to maintain grammar, tone of voice requirements
● Apply UX best practices to ensure readability
● Use SEO tactics maximize copy’s reach
● Communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
Qualifications:
● 2-3 years of experience of copywriting for a B2B company, ideally financial services, SaaS or IT sector
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Good knowledge of online content strategy and creation
● Working knowledge of SEO and UX best practices
● Strong research skills
● Strong time-management and organization skills
● Native-level or highly comfortable English speaker
● Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
