Data Quality Officer/QA Associate

What we need – individuals that have high attention to detail that are able to operate in defined framework to improve the overall quality of the datasets and allow accurate data driven outputs.

Responsible for maintaining data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by identifying and resolving quality issues, supporting data cleansing, and promoting a culture of data integrity to operational effectiveness and drive accurate insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Cleansing: Correct duplicates and errors and through manual updates or automated processes.

• Data Monitoring: Review data monitoring systems to detect inconsistencies, errors, and missing information using reports and data quality tools.
• Validation & Governance: Ensure data aligns with standards and assist in maintaining data quality policies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Educate teams on best practices and accurate data entry.
• Quality Improvement: Identify root causes of issues and support preventive solutions.
• Data Migration: Assist with transferring data from legacy to new systems.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot data patterns.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of data quality metrics and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Amenable in working onsite for 3 months and will transition to work from home/hybrid afterwards and be flexible in working a midshift schedule.
