We are seeking passionate and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries across various channels. Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Support: Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, text, email, and our ticketing system, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance.
- Troubleshooting: Offer basic troubleshooting assistance to customers, identifying and resolving common issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members.
- Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
- Process Management: Efficiently manage customer interactions, documenting inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking progress within our ticketing system.
- Shift Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work various shifts, including after-hours support and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless customer support and knowledge sharing.
