About The Role

– Permanent position
– Salary Budget: 23K – 25K package
– Day 1 HMO plus 1 dependent (upon regularization)
– Government benefits , 22PTOs, 13th month pay, Holiday pay
– 10% Night Differential
Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly.
Candidates must have a proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages are preferred.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times is crucial.
Identifying and assessing customers needs and providing professional customer support, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools (familiarity with CRM systems and practices) are essential skills for this role.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening are required for this role. Candidates should also possess strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude are also essential skills for the Customer Service Representative.
MS Office applications familiarization is required.
A real estate agents or brokers license would be an added advantage for this role but not required.
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution is also a key responsibility.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions, and following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies are also critical to success in this role.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and taking the extra mile to engage with customers are also essential qualities for the Customer Service Representative
