Customer Service Representative (US Blended Account) Onsite – Nightshift

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer service calls, emails, and text messages from property managers, owners, and residents regarding anything from rent/lease renewals, collections, and tenant/landlord verifications. You will also be responsible for Yardi memo updates for the above and creating, assigning, and dispatching work orders.

Other responsibilities include constant communication with janitors and managers to update work orders, tracking vacant units, and creating a work order for janitors to check on them. You will also be responsible for tracking units in eviction and creating a work order for janitors to check on them. Additionally, you will create key work orders, building inspection work orders, emergency calls, or any other work order as needed.

You will be responsible for CHAC results, South data mailings for collections and lease renewals/DNR, sending lease renewals, collecting feedback, and updating them as needed, voicemail management, ACH returns, reports as they are needed including work order analytics, vehicle and resident information, score card, move-in survey, etc. You will also perform timeline items as they are assigned, assist managers with different timeline tasks, work on projects as they are assigned, open, track, and close property reminders, and post on social media.

 

Position Requirements

To be successful in this role:

Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly.
Candidates must have a proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages are preferred.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times is crucial.
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs and providing professional customer support, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools (familiarity with CRM systems and practices) are essential skills for this role.
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution is also a key responsibility.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions, and following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies are also critical to success in this role.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and taking the extra mile to engage with customers are also essential qualities for the Customer Service Representative.
Skills:

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening are required for this role. Candidates should also possess strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude are also essential skills for the Customer Service Representative.
MS Office applications familiarization is required.
A real estate agent’s or broker’s license would be an added advantage for this role but not required.
