DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Operate in a professional, fast-paced environment that demands accuracy, multitasking, and effective communication to resolve issues efficiently.
- Engage with customers and thoroughly understand their needs and provide comprehensive solutions on the first interaction.
- Actively listen to, assess, and address customers’ concerns by offering tailored solutions through calls, email, chat and sms.
- Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a customers will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years in college or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service role
- Cosmetic/Skin Care background is preferred
