Customer Service Representative (Cosmetic Campaign)

The role is ideal for those with a passion for assisting clients with their purchasing orders while building relationships and helping to identify their needs. Has a passion for delivering a personalized and caring experience, anticipates and resolves client concerns with the goal of exceeding expectations, no matter how large or small the request.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Operate in a professional, fast-paced environment that demands accuracy, multitasking, and effective communication to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Engage with customers and thoroughly understand their needs and provide comprehensive solutions on the first interaction.
  • Actively listen to, assess, and address customers’ concerns by offering tailored solutions through calls, email, chat and sms.
  • Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a customers will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Has a commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed-upon work schedule.

  • Has the ability to engage with customers – begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a customers will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections.
  • Is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years in college or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in a  Customer Service role
  • Cosmetic/Skin Care background is preferred
