About The Role
Salary range: 20K – 25K
Work Set up: On site
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Night shift
Benefits: HMO on Day 1, NSD, PTO credit and PH Holidays, 13 month pay
About the role:
Learn and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the companys products, policies and procedures
Master the policies and operations of multiple e-commerce platforms such as like Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, Walmart
Listen closely to customers questions and concerns, and respond professionally and timely to inquiries, issues, and concerns of customers
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a manner that satisfies all stakeholders
Escalated issues according to the SOP and manage the complaints
Data entry / Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
Analyze and sort out the feedback from customers to optimize our services and products
Position Requirements
Position requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion and patience in helping customers with their concerns Independent, detail-oriented, organized, able to perform multitasking
Proficient with the use of computer and software applications
At least 1 yr experience in customer service (telco, healthcare, ecommerce, billing)
Experience in delivering the following KPIs – QA, CSAT, AHT
No issues reporting onsite
