We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal Client Services Coordinator will work closely with our existing team members to support our customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage and address incoming emails and phone calls in coordination with other customer service and tech support staff
- Manage and complete a variety of product related projects and tasks
- Support process improvement initiatives by participating in testing before updates and new feature releases are launched
- Reporting issues
- Support business development ideas and activities
- Be a utility player and assist with whatever tasks are required
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with websites / web applications and be computer savvy
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office, use of technology and internet, experience with Google Suite applications a plus
- Ability to quickly learn new software and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills- including the confidence to speak up and ask questions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently, while contributing as a team player
