Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal Client Services Coordinator will work closely with our existing team members to support our customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and address incoming emails and phone calls in coordination with other customer service and tech support staff
  • Manage and complete a variety of product related projects and tasks
  • Support process improvement initiatives by participating in testing before updates and new feature releases are launched
  • Reporting issues
  • Support business development ideas and activities
  • Be a utility player and assist with whatever tasks are required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with websites / web applications and be computer savvy
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office, use of technology and internet, experience with Google Suite applications a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills- including the confidence to speak up and ask questions
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to work independently, while contributing as a team player
  • Accountable-strong work ethic
  • High energy and optimistic personality
