About the Role: 

Eastvantage is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative candidate who would be responsible for assisting the sales of compliance & audit services in the Asia Pacific region. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Identify the target companies to pitch services and solutions. 
  • Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face/virtual appointments.  
  • Present services and offerings to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements. 
  • Understanding the pain points of the prospect, consult them on aligning services to their business requirements. 
  • Draft customized proposals in-line with the requirement of the prospect. 
  • Negotiate on various aspects like commercials, timelines, deliverables, etc. 
  • Conduct follow up and able to close sales.  
  • Conduct follow-up activities with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement and address any queries or concerns.  
  • Liaise with the Project Management team & Accounts to track the project and get the invoicing done as per the agreed milestones.  
  • Follow up with the clients for collection of payments.  
  • Meet the allocated targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.  


  • Has at least 3 years’ experience in IT Sales (SaaS/B2B /B2C) preferably in the  
    cybersecurity domain or IT services 
  • Knowledgeable in the IT/Cybersecurity industry and network. 
  • Has account management experience.  
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Excellent Customer Service skills 
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and researching skills. 
  • Has experience using CRM and/or sales enablement applications. 
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid work set-up in Ortigas, Pasig
