About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Workday projects to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading, facilitating, analyzing, and documenting the business needs of stakeholders while translating them into actionable technical requirements. You will focus on optimizing and enhancing Workday systems and related processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

- Location: BGC, Manila, Philippines
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert (SME), providing guidance on Workday functionality, capabilities, and best practices to business and technical stakeholders.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to address business challenges and implement Workday solutions that improve customer relationships, operational efficiencies, and overall business benefits.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business users to identify detailed functional and technical requirements for Workday configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to determine project scope, resources, and timelines while ensuring alignment with Workday’s capabilities and business goals.
- Develop comprehensive business process models, use cases, user stories, mock-ups, and design documents tailored to Workday solutions.
- Analyze, document, and prioritize business needs to recommend scalable Workday solutions that address current and future organizational challenges.
- Design and execute test plans for Workday implementations, configurations, and upgrades, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure Workday integrations, reports, and dashboards meet business requirements.
- Provide support during Workday deployment and post-go-live activities, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of new features or changes.
- Lead change management initiatives related to Workday, including user training, knowledge transfer, and developing user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features, tools, and trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the system.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, or Human Resources) from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working on Workday projects, including implementations, configurations, or enhancements.
- Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Workday Financials, Workday Payroll, or other Workday modules.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, develop use cases, and create user stories specifically for Workday solutions.
- Familiarity with Workday business processes, reporting tools, calculated fields, and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders).
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and knowledge of Workday Studio, Web Services, and APIs is highly desirable.
