About The Role

Responsibilities:

Process new orders into the artwork approval system. This involves tracking new orders as they are posted in Slack, looking up these orders in Magento, then building the order in tFlow, using Google Sheets to assist in this process. Order information must be copy/pasted from one system to another. The details of the order must be correctly translated from one system to another.

Process approved orders into various systems so that production can begin. This involves updating and entering information in Magento, Google Sheets, Fulfl.io, and referencing information in Hubspot. This also involves printing paperwork to a remote printer, and sometimes posting into Slack. There are many detailed steps in this process, which must be strictly followed and performed correctly.

Perform edits of orders as requested by our clients. This includes performing detailed changes to order parameters including: shipping address, shipping method, line item quantities, line item additions/deletions, tax percentage and dollar amounts, and discount percentages. This can include charging or refunding customer credit cards. This work is extremely detailed and must be performed with absolute precision and attention to detail, avoiding errors at all times. This work includes updating information in Magento, Fulfl.io, Google Sheets, and Asana.

 

Position Requirements

Abilities and Experience:

Must have an analytical thought process, with extreme attention to detail.

Must be able to execute tasks precisely and correctly, and must be able to communicate clearly and correctly in writing (English) using tools like Slack and Asana.

Must be comfortable working remotely using online software tools.

Must be able to perform mathematical calculations (especially calculating percentages.)

Experience with any of the following software tools is a plus: Asana, Slack, Magento, Hubspot, GSuite, Fulfl.io.

Strong organization and communication skills are required.

Be a team player with a positive attitude at all times.
