About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential business support to our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Administration:

  • Process cancellation requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Raise invoices promptly and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle credit requests professionally and in accordance with company policies.
  • Set up new customer accounts, verifying information and ensuring compliance.
  • Respond to emails in a timely and helpful manner.

Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Complete overweight entries with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Generate reports on various operational aspects as needed.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks for various business functions.

Business Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist with Gearbox(c) data entry for vehicle reporting.
  • Participate in auditing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support to vendors and maintain vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willing to accept contract employment for 6 months and amenable working-onsite in Pasig,City.
