Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with clients to gather project details, including scope, budgets, and timelines. 
  • Conduct regular meetings with other executives to discuss project progress and outcomes. 
  • Qualify inbound leads and prospects via phone and email. 
  • Organize client meetings to ensure excellent customer service. 
  • Conduct virtual demonstrations to showcase the company’s products or services. 
  • Follow up phone calls and coordinate with US Sales team 
  • Promotes and sells the job portal by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, establishing contact and converting them into new accounts thru calling, sending out communication materials and presenting proposals. 
  • Achieves monthly and annual sales targets. 
  • Prepares contracts and other documents needed in closing sales. 
  • Collaborate with key decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies. 
  • Understand and address the unique needs of each client. 
  • Record all sales activities in a web-based CRM system. 
  • Ensure accurate data entry and tracking. 
  • Monitor progress toward sales goals. 

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS and B2B sales and business development offering HR services and/or solutions, ideally with recruitment 
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, negotiation, verbal and oral communication skills 
  • Preferably with an established active network of connections in the Information Technology and Business Process Management sector 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills  
  • Amenable to work in a Hybrid | Onsite work set-up in Ortigas, Pasig
