June 7, 2019 — Dusit Thani Manila, the Philippine Best Employer Brand Awards was organized by the Employer Branding Institute; World HRD Congress & Starts of the Industry Group.
The morning was kicked off by host Dr. R.L. Bhatia, a Change Management and Organisation Turnaround Specialist, and founder of World CSR Day & World Sustainability. The audience was treated to a montage of different videos that aimed to inspire and innovate. The awarding was split into two categories: Organizational Award Categories and Individual Award Categories.
Eastvantage was awarded the Philippine Best Employer Brand Award 2019 along with other well-known brands from different industries. The award was received by Eastvantage HR Director, Anna Marie Dave.
After the distribution of plaques and trophies, the program concluded with a buffet spread of Indian cuisine. The remainder of the program was left for socializing and networking among the professionals.
A virtual organization, the Employer Branding Institute is where senior leaders in HR connect with each other to share the best practices in Employer Branding and outstanding professionals in several geographical regions who contribute to Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Innovation.
This marks Eastvantage’s second award this year, the first being a finalist on the ICT Awards, which recognized the company’s contribution to the technology sector.
